Recipe: Honey-Butter Beef Chops with Rhubarb Sauce and Herby Peas

  • 1/4 cup chopped herbs (I really like a mixture of dill, mint, and chives)
  • Flaky sea salt, for topping



  1. Combine in combination rhubarb, sugar, and cinnamon stick in a small sauce pot. Position over warmth and produce to a bubble.
