Through the years, the winners of the Constructing of the Yr Awards have acquired a wood trophy handcrafted in Chile. However with a purpose to evolve and keep true to the spirit of the award, we now have turned to our group to design its subsequent iteration: a 3D printed trophy with a blockchain certificates, that shall be despatched to the architects and stakeholders of the challenge.

As we shut this yr’s world and regional editions (Latin America & Spain, Brasil & Portugal, China), we’re completely happy to share the profitable design after reviewing 120 entries.

Designed by Mohammad Saeed Maaleki, we selected his proposal due to its abstraction, method, and feasibility to be printed correctly.
