A single-family home wanting on the metropolis of Santo Tirso, from the north financial institution of the River Ave. The shoppers’ requests assumed a sure ambition. Not within the extension of this system, however significantly within the consolation of the inside areas. I keep in mind some particular calls for: an indoor pool; an elevated flooring meant for resting, turned in direction of the sanctuary of Nª. Senhora da Assunção; transparency and light-weight above all.

We have been provided an unlimited promontory of 13,750 m2, roughly within the form of a rectangle. The outdated agricultural property was devoid of main marks.
