Textual content description offered by the architects. The north-facing web site is in Hospet, Karnataka. We conceptualized the house as a collection of volumes coalesced collectively. To realize this fluidity within the house we checked out an animated part that varies alongside the size of the house. The various roof profile(s) of the home create a play of volumes and areas within the inside, making it a sensory expertise.

Given the cruel local weather in Hospet, the plan was configured to dam the solar within the West and the South whereas the house opens in the direction of the backyard within the North and the East.

The standard open-to-sky courtyard has been reinterpreted as a ‘Panorama platform’ with an operable skylight. The motorized glazing within the skylight could be opened to permit sizzling air to flee through the day. The muted finishes within the interiors, drape the architectural shell, intensify the geometry, and render heat to the house.
