4 catfish fillets or steaks

1 cup all-purpose flour

¼ cup vegetable oil


Stewed Tomatoes and Okra 

1 huge white onion, sliced

1 clove garlic, minced

3 sprigs contemporary thyme

1 pound contemporary okra, sliced

  1. Position the catfish on a blank plate and season on each side with sea salt and freshly flooring black pepper to style, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika and flooring thyme. Rub the spices into the fish with blank arms and put aside. Upload the flour to a paper bag, then upload the fish and gently shake the bag to calmly coat the fish.
